Shipping and processing policy
Once your order is complete please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed . When your order is processed you will then receive an email notification then your order will be shipped once your order has been processed. you can expect 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered to your destination.

Once payment is complete the order cannot be cancelled, modified or exchanged.

When placing your order please ensure all your information includes your name , shipping address , phone number ,email adress and desired texture lengths ,color , and cap size are correct before submitting your order . We have a section that explains how to insure your head measurement are correct for cap please take the time to check that out


WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES . Orders cannot be modified once placed and payment is complete.

All orders placed over weekends / federal holidays will begin processing the following business days .

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation notification via email/text depending on your preferred communication method selected at check out

No refund permitted for refused/ abandoned shipments
We cannot expedite shipping time or orders

We are not responsible for any shipping courier delays as they are a third party service from CharaKter creation .

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs natural disasters nor any extra fees custome or backend charges once the packages has left our facility. Customs fees may apply are not included in our cost or shipping . Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional cost may be before purchasing. As they are the customers responsibility.

If you decline insurance coverage and signature conformation CharaKter creation will not be responsible for the reimbursement of any lost packages .

If you miss delivery and your order is returned to us you will be responsible for additional shipping cost which is another $19.99

During holidays and promotions shipping times may delay and require additional business days

CUSTOMS AND DUTY TAX

All international orders ship FEDEX depending on your location. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to imports duties ,taxes and charges . These additional charges are not covered in the total cost of your order nor will they be covered or reimbursed by CharaKter creation

CharaKter creation is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs natural occurrences . Transfers from fedex to the local carrier in your country or air and group transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States

Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional cost will be placing your order . Refused or abandoned orders will not be refunded .

What is your processing time ?
At CharaKter creation we source our hair to compete your order. All considered custom made and undergo processing before shipment orders take approximately 7-10 business days from the time of order to receive.
